Local Resilience can handle almost infinite incidents and the platform scales.

From village meetings, parish, district/town/city, and county council to national. Incidents are collated, scanned for importance depending on the level and then upgraded to the next level.

It is merging incidents as required. It's all tried and tested in Operational Resilience Control rooms.
