People who respond to Incidents, need the ability to receive information that is essential to the task in hand and be able to send information back to the Local Resilience Server, images, audio and text.
When a responder responds to an automated call from the Local Resilience server and indicates that they are responding to the incident a text is sent. This text opens 'Responder' with details of the incident, any notes the responder needs to be aware of and any risks.
The responder application will monitor the progress of the responder and mark them as 'in attendance' on arrival. All through this process Local Resilience will maintain a watching brief and will alert agents if something happens that the software believes is unusual.
All consultation is free.
